Abstract

Physical education plays a crucial role in developing students' physical, cognitive, and social abilities. However, in practice, the effectiveness of physical education learning still faces various challenges, such as low learning motivation, limited learning strategies, and the suboptimal application of learning theories in the learning process. Therefore, understanding learning concepts from an educational psychology perspective is a determining factor in the success of physical education learning processes. This article aims to analyze learning concepts and their implications for improving the effectiveness of physical education learning. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various relevant scientific sources, both national and international journals. The results of the study indicate that the application of learning concepts such as behaviorism, cognitive, constructivism, and humanism can improve the quality of learning through more varied, interactive, and learner-centered strategies.
