MSMEs play a strategic role in the national economy, but the implementation of occupational safety culture remains relatively low, especially in the informal sector. This study aims to analyze the internalization of national defense values ??and social responsibility in the implementation of occupational safety culture in MSMEs in Medan City. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews with three informants: MSME owners, workers, and MSME assistants, supported by field observations and documentation. The results show that national defense values ??are interpreted as honest work behavior, discipline, compliance with obligations, and contribution to the local economy. These values ??encourage the growth of social responsibility in the form of above-standard wages, assistance with worker medical expenses, and responsible business waste management. However, the occupational safety culture has not been formally institutionalized, marked by the absence of OSH Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), limited use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), minimal OSH training, and rudimentary emergency response procedures. This study confirms that the values ??of national defense and social responsibility are social capital that can support the strengthening of occupational safety culture, but require structural intervention through coaching, training, and standardization of OHS practices in MSMEs.
Istifani NasutionWasiyem Wasiyem

https://jurnal.larisma.or.id/index.php/JRIP/article/view/1654

Poetry learning is an integral part of Indonesian language education with the potential to develop students’ language skills comprehensively. However, poetry learning in secondary schools is still often oriented toward mastering literary theory and has not fully optimized listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. This study aims to analyze poetry learning strategies applicable at the secondary school level and their contribution to improving students’ language skills. The study employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data were obtained from relevant scientific articles, books, proceedings, and educational policy documents, prioritizing publications from 2021–2026. The data were analyzed through reduction, classification, synthesis, and interpretation. The findings indicate that Project Based Learning, Problem Based Learning, contextual learning, Experiential Learning, and collaborative learning can increase student engagement. These strategies support listening skills through appreciation activities, speaking through poetry reading and presentation, reading through meaning interpretation, and writing through literary creation. The use of digital media also enriches learning experiences while supporting digital literacy and twenty-first-century competencies. Therefore, poetry learning can serve as an integrative medium for developing students’ language competencies comprehensively.
Rafli Adi Nugroho

https://jurnal.larisma.or.id/index.php/JRIP/article/view/1649

Indonesia's ethnic, linguistic, and cultural diversity highlights the importance of tolerance and social harmony. This study aims to analyze QS. Al-Hujurat verse 13 using a tahlili exegetical approach to explore its teachings on tolerance, equality, and human diversity within Indonesia's multicultural society. Employing qualitative library research, the study examines the verse's historical context, linguistic meaning, and classical and contemporary interpretations. Primary sources consist of Qur'anic commentaries, supported by relevant scholarly articles. The findings reveal that the verse emphasizes piety (taqwa) as the sole measure of human nobility, rejecting discrimination based on ethnicity, lineage, or social status. The term lita'arafu encourages active mutual understanding and respect among diverse communities. The study concludes that QS. Al-Hujurat verse 13 provides a theological foundation for religious moderation, social equality, and harmonious coexistence while challenging racial discrimination and social stratification in contemporary Indonesian society.
Ragil Bachtiar

https://jurnal.larisma.or.id/index.php/JRIP/article/view/1697

This study aims to evaluate how the values of Ki Hajar Dewantara’s educational philosophy, including Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani, are applied in the environment of SD 094133 Manik Rambung elementary school. This article uses descriptive qualitative research. This method was chosen because studying the values of Ki Hajar Dewantara’s philosophy requires a deep understanding of how the values of Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani are applied in the learning process at SD 094133 Manik Rambung. This approach allows researchers to collect data through direct observation, interviews, and document analysis. Students participate well in learning, but based on the results of observations obtained by researchers, there are still students who have learning qualities that need to be improved in understanding the lessons from teachers. Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha: teachers strive to be good role models by demonstrating disciplined behavior and attention to students. Ing Madya Mangun Karsa: even though there are students who have difficulty understanding the material, teachers keep motivating and encouraging them. Tut Wuri Handayani: the role of teachers as supporters is very evident, where they encourage students to develop their potential.
Christino SaragihRani DijayaMastaria Br BarusElisabet Tampubolon

https://jurnal.larisma.or.id/index.php/JRIP/article/view/1692

This study aims to examine efforts to improve pantun reading skills through the Make a Match learning model in elementary school students based on previous research findings. The study employed a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained from journals and scientific articles from Google Scholar, SINTA, GARUDA, and other references published between 2008–2024. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation by collecting journals and articles relevant to the research topic. Data analysis was conducted through reading, classifying, analyzing, and synthesizing research findings. The results of the study indicate that the Make a Match learning model is effective in improving students’ pantun reading skills. The improvement can be seen from students’ ability to read pantun with proper pronunciation, intonation, expression, and understanding of meaning. In addition, the Make a Match model also increases students’ motivation, activeness, cooperation, and self-confidence during the learning process. However, the success of this model is influenced by teacher creativity, classroom management, learning media, and student characteristics. Therefore, the Make a Match learning model can be used as an effective and enjoyable alternative strategy in Indonesian language learning, especially in pantun material at the elementary school level.
Della Hannesti Pratiwi PFitri FitriAnggit Anggit
