Abstract
The optimization of SITK and SITB data entry at Yayasan Mentari Meraki Asa was conducted to address data duplication and input errors occurring during the manual data entry process. This study uses Figma to design the wireframe and interface prototype, while Microsoft Access is used to design and manage the database. The data management process begins with preparing the initial SITK and SITB data in Excel format, referred to as SSR data. The data are then imported into tables within the Microsoft Access database. Updated data can subsequently be imported using the same mechanism by applying a primary key as a unique identifier for each record. This mechanism is implemented to prevent previously stored data from being re-entered, ensuring that only records not yet available in the database are added. The implementation results show that the use of Microsoft Access with a primary key mechanism can help reduce data duplication and input errors while improving the efficiency of SITK and SITB data management at Yayasan Mentari Meraki Asa.
