Penerapan Aplikasi E-Commerce Dibidang Peternakan Aidan Akika Farm Di Desa Sidodadi Batang Kuis

Abstrak

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of an e-commerce application as a solution to improve operational efficiency and market access for Aidan Akika Farm. With the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce offers opportunities for farmers to expand their consumer reach, reduce operational costs, and simplify transaction processes. The Waterfall method used in this study consists of several stages: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were obtained through direct observation, interviews with stakeholders, and literature review from relevant sources. The results show that the implementation of the e-commerce application has successfully increased market reach, accelerated transaction processes, and improved consumer data management. However, this study also identified several challenges, such as dependence on a stable internet connection and the lack of an automatic notification feature that can inform users about transaction status. Therefore, this study provides recommendations for further development so that the e-commerce application can function more optimally and securely. It is hoped that the findings of this study can serve as a valuable reference for other farmers who want to adopt similar technology in their businesses, thereby increasing competitiveness in this digital era.
