Economic: Journal Economic and Business (EJEB) is an open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Lembaga Riset Mutiara Akbar (LARISMA). To support sustainable scholarly publishing and ensure transparency in publication costs, EJEB implements the following author fee policy.

1. Article Submission Fee

IDR 0 (Free of Charge)

EJEB does not charge authors for manuscript submission or initial editorial screening. All manuscripts may be submitted for editorial consideration without payment.

2. Article Review Fee

IDR 0 (Free of Charge)

EJEB does not impose separate fees for the peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, scholarly contribution, methodological quality, relevance to the journal's focus and scope, and compliance with publication ethics.

The journal applies a double-blind peer-review process to maintain fairness and impartiality in manuscript evaluation.

3. Article Publication Fee

IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Indonesian Rupiah)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 applies to each manuscript formally accepted for publication.

The APC contributes to editorial production, copyediting, manuscript formatting, online publication, and maintenance of the journal's open-access publishing platform.

The APC is charged per accepted article, not per author.

4. Payment Policy

The Article Processing Charge becomes payable only after the manuscript has completed editorial evaluation and peer review and received a formal acceptance decision.

Payment instructions are communicated to the corresponding author through official journal communication channels.

Authors should not make payments before receiving an official payment notification from the EJEB editorial office.

EJEB does not charge submission, initial screening, or peer-review fees.

5. Editorial Independence and Transparency

EJEB maintains editorial independence throughout manuscript assessment, peer review, and publication decisions.

Payment of the APC does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or influence editorial decisions.

The journal does not offer paid fast-track review, preferential editorial treatment, or guaranteed acceptance services.

All manuscripts are evaluated according to their scholarly merit and compliance with EJEB's editorial and publication ethics policies.

Information regarding publication charges is made publicly available to ensure transparency for prospective authors.
