Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

 

The author retains copyright and grants the journal a right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC-BY-SA) license that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal year.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in an institutional repository or on their website) before and during the submission process, as this can result in productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of the published work.

  1. License

All materials published by Economic: Journal Economic and Business are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Economic: Journal Economic and Business is licensed under the Creative Commons 4.0 International License (CC-BY-SA) or equivalent license as the optimal license for publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scientific works.

This license allows anyone to write, improve, and create derivative works even for commercial purposes, as long as proper credit and proper acknowledgement of the original publication of the journal are given to allow users to trace back to the original manuscript and authors.

You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests that the licensor endorses you or your use. If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

 

  1. Author's Warranty

The author warrants that the article is original, written by the named author, has not been published before, does not contain any unlawful statements, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright owned exclusively by the author and is free. any third party rights, and any necessary written permission to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author.

 

  1. User Rights

Under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, authors and users are free to share (copy, distribute, and transmit contributions).

 

  1. Author Rights

The author has the following rights:

a) Copyright, and other proprietary rights related to the article, such as patent rights, the right to use the substance of the article in his/her future works, including lectures and books,

b) The right to reproduce the article for his/her own use, provided that copies are not offered for sale,

c) The right to archive the article himself/herself.

 

  1. Co-Authorship

If the article is prepared jointly with other authors, the signatory of this form warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this agreement.

 

  1. Termination

This agreement may be terminated by the author or Economic: Journal Economic and Business with two months' notice if the other party has materially breached this agreement and fails to remedy such breach within one month after notice is given to the terminating party requesting such breach to be remedied. A breach or violation of this agreement shall not cause this agreement or any license granted herein to terminate automatically or affect the definition of Economic: Journal Economic and Business.

 

  1. Royalties

This agreement does not entitle the author to royalties or other fees. To the extent permitted by law, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties in respect of the article in connection with the use of the article by Economic: Journal Economic and Business or its sublicensees.

 

  1. Others

Economic: Journal Economic and Business will publish the article (or has been published) in the Journal if the article editorial process is successfully completed and Economic: Journal Economic and Business or its sublicensee is required to publish the article. Economic: Journal Economic and Business can adjust the article with the style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and usage that is considered appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article can be published so that it can be accessed by the public and that access is free of charge to readers. Economic: Journal Economic and Business will be allowed to sublicense the rights licensed to it under this agreement.
